Xceedibles Leadership Program (B2C)

Program Outline:

Understand the fundamental principles of leadership development. Be able to identify the characteristics of exceptional leaders. Identify the five practices of exemplary leadership Distinguish specific leadership behavior as they and others have Practiced specific behaviors correlated with exemplary leadership performance Design a personal action plan for developing leadership behavior (on Google Classroom) Separate formats available for corporate teams.

Program Highlights:

3 months duration 1 daily video lesson on App (with games/quiz and e-journal to take notes) 12 group sessions with a Certified Facilitator for accountability and learning effectiveness

Age group:

25 years & above. Working professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, etc.
